Role overview
Infosoft, Inc. is hiring an Administrative Assistant to keep day-to-day business activity running smoothly and to provide support to leadership. This position plays an important role in coordinating across teams, keeping calendars and logistics organized, and handling tasks with accuracy and professionalism. The right person will be highly organized, comfortable in a busy environment, and skilled at working with people.
Compensation and schedule
The pay rate for this contract assignment is $22 per hour. The engagement is planned for 12 months and is based in Orlando, FL. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key duties
- Manage detailed calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate both internal and external meetings while balancing availability and priorities.
- Identify and resolve scheduling overlaps in advance to keep plans running efficiently.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, stays, ground transport, and itineraries.
- Keep travel plans well organized, clearly communicated, and aligned with company policy.
- Plan meetings, workshops, and events from start to finish.
- Prepare agendas, supporting materials, and follow-up communication after meetings or events.
- Handle logistics such as room bookings, attendee coordination, and calendar management.
- Serve as a coordination point between teams and other stakeholders.
- Support communication across groups to maintain alignment and smooth operations.
- Maintain records, documentation, reports, and presentation materials as needed.
- Carry out general administrative support tasks and manage sensitive information discreetly.
Experience and profile
Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in administrative support or executive assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage several priorities at once while staying dependable, adaptable, and professional.
Required strengths
This role calls for strong time management, advanced scheduling ability, excellent communication, and confidence working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience with travel planning, event coordination, and maintaining order in a fast-moving setting is important.
