It works with businesses across several sectors and provides hiring solutions for roles ranging from taxi drivers and bike riders for Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) to medical staff such as nurses and doctors in leading hospitals throughout Dubai. The company’s consultants partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver dependable recruitment support for both companies and candidates.

Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is centered on keeping office operations running smoothly by handling correspondence, arranging meetings, organizing files, maintaining records, and supporting everyday administrative tasks.

Key Duties

The Administrative Assistant will manage phone calls, welcome visitors, coordinate with internal departments and outside partners, and help maintain an orderly workflow. The position also includes preparing simple reports, supporting data entry work, and assisting executives with administrative tasks whenever required. A professional and efficient office atmosphere should be maintained at all times.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring strong administrative and clerical abilities to handle routine office work, documentation, and scheduling. Good phone manners and clear communication are important for answering queries and interacting professionally with stakeholders. Experience supporting senior staff with calendar coordination, meeting planning, and follow-up tasks is beneficial. Candidates should also be comfortable using basic office software such as MS Office or similar tools, and should be accurate in data entry.

Working Style

The role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Candidates must be able to work from the Dubai office and collaborate well with varied teams and clients.

Education

A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required. A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is considered an added advantage.
