Job description

Role overview

Feldman Automotive is looking for an organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Office Manager and help keep day-to-day office activities running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Help prepare daily deposits and manage petty cash handling.
  • Support floorplan audits and assist with related reconciliations.
  • Enter reserve statements, funding notices, rebates, and incentive records.
  • Reconcile accounting schedules and statements with accuracy.
  • Handle title-related tasks, including preparing titles for customer trade-ins and customer payoffs.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative work or office support.
  • Comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your own as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
