Key responsibilities

  • Support the client relations team with stakeholder coordination, client queries, and intake processes.
  • Work closely with therapy staff to help maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage administrative tasks connected to practice operations and client relationship support.
  • Assist therapists in handling relationships with key NDIS stakeholders.
  • Apply NDIS knowledge, once trained, to provide appropriate support to clients and the wider team.

Requirements

  • Administration experience is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain or currently hold a Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
  • Ability to obtain or currently hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or a valid exemption.
  • Police Check, plus International Police Check if you have lived overseas.
  • Strong computer literacy and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Clear communication and strong customer service ability.
  • Well-organised, proactive, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
  • A professional, positive team-oriented approach.
  • Commitment to person-centred support.

Benefits

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Clear pathways for career growth.
  • Provision of the necessary hardware and tools.
  • Annual leave loading included.
  • Opportunity to learn from and be supported by a large administration team and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Possibility of relocating to many locations across Australia.
  • Unlimited drinks and snacks at all offices.
  • Discounted health insurance options.
