Responsibilities

• Engage in targeted direct outreach by identifying and contacting suitable candidates through various social networks such as LinkedIn and XING, using personalized messages designed to captivate.
• Collaborate closely with departments to fully understand their needs and translate them into clear and descriptive requirement and qualification profiles.
• Act as a champion for candidate experience by ensuring an exceptional candidate journey, guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process and remaining a point of contact beyond that.
• Utilize analytical thinking to establish relevant metrics and analyses, monitor these indicators, and derive optimization steps to measure and enhance the success of sourcing activities.
• Continuously innovate sourcing strategies by staying aware of current trends and new tools, implementing these insights into actionable measures.

Candidate Profile

• Proven professional experience in active sourcing, whether in-house or agency, with a strong intuition for targeted talent engagement.
• Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally with a focus on human resource management or business psychology, or an equivalent qualification.
• Thorough knowledge and skillful use of common sourcing platforms and tools.
• Enjoy working with data, possess a process-oriented mindset, and execute tasks in a structured and reliable manner.
• Exhibit empathetic and persuasive communication skills with a confident presence.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
