Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard premium CASA customers through independent sourcing and referrals.
- Meet assigned targets for CASA accounts and Average Monthly Balances (AMB).
- Promote and sell various banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Credit Cards.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, especially Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Experience range from 1 to 4 years in CASA or Retail Banking Sales preferred.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with enthusiasm for direct sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, relationship management capabilities, and a target-driven attitude are essential.
