Operating with a lean core team and supporting various client engagements through project teams and consultants, the company is expanding its financial operations.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

We seek a skilled accountant to take full responsibility for our financial functions. Key duties include:

• Handling daily accounting tasks and maintaining the general ledger accurately.
• Compiling monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
• Overseeing payroll processing and other employee financial operations.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensuring adherence to Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) rules and VAT guidelines.
• Preparing and submitting tax declarations and mandatory reports.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flows.
• Coordinating with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
• Tracking project costs, income, and profitability metrics.
• Maintaining financial controls and enhancing internal accounting procedures.
• Supporting the deployment and ongoing use of the Odoo ERP system.
• Providing financial analysis to support management decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting roles.
• Preferred backgrounds include consulting, professional services, engineering consulting, or other project-based industries.
• SOCPA certification or eligibility preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong familiarity with Saudi accounting standards, VAT, and ZATCA regulations.
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP software, especially Odoo, is advantageous.
