Job Overview
Jainam Auto Industries is seeking a skilled Accountant based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge in accounting procedures and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain proficiency in Tally software for daily accounting operations.
- Manage bank entries and reconcile bank statements accurately.
- Record journal entries and handle purchase and payment entries.
- Ensure timely filing of financial documents and related paperwork.
- Process E-invoice and E-way bills efficiently.
- Prepare and submit monthly GST returns in compliance with government regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong command of Tally accounting software.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and journal entry management.
- Familiarity with purchase and payment entry processes.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bill systems.
- Ability to handle monthly GST return filings.
