Responsibilities
The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a client portfolio within the UAE. Key duties include nurturing client relationships, ensuring client retention, and identifying avenues for business expansion. The role involves proactive engagement to maximize client value and satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client relationship management.
- Proven experience within the technology, SaaS, IT, or digital solutions sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication abilities.
- A proactive and motivated attitude with a desire for career advancement.
