Job description

About the Company

AZIONE operates at the intersection of culture, influence, and brand. Rather than focusing only on awareness, the team helps brands become culturally relevant and remain part of the conversation. Its work includes public relations, influencer marketing, talent relations, partnerships, and experiential programs designed to create strong emotional connection and measurable business results.

Role Overview

AZIONE is hiring an Account Manager to support influencer and VIP initiatives across fashion, lifestyle, and consumer clients. This position is hands-on and strategic, centered on relationships, cultural awareness, and revenue impact rather than basic coordination. The right candidate will actively expand a network of influencers, stylists, managers, and publicists, and use those connections to create meaningful brand opportunities.

Influence and Cultural Approach

The role requires a strong understanding of the full influence landscape, including micro, macro, and mega creators, as well as organic, paid, and affiliate-driven performance. Success in this position means spotting trends early, helping shape them, and connecting brands to relevant cultural moments in a way that feels authentic and earned.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of influencer and VIP activities across several accounts.
  • Work alongside senior colleagues to deliver strategies that support client objectives.
  • Help identify opportunities for campaigns, partnerships, and ongoing programs that can drive growth.
  • Keep timelines, deliverables, and client communications organized and accurate.
  • Run influencer and VIP programs spanning organic seeding, paid collaborations, celebrity and stylist dressing, and affiliate or performance initiatives such as ShopMy and LTK.
  • Research and select the right mix of creators and public figures, balancing niche credibility with broad reach.
  • Develop and implement campaigns that connect with culture, not just marketing calendars.
  • Track trends, new platforms, and cultural moments, then bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with talent managers, agents, publicists, celebrity stylists, and glam teams.
  • Support consistent celebrity dressing moments, product placements, and broader visibility opportunities.
  • Help identify and secure talent partnerships that can generate earned and paid impact.
  • Coordinate celebrity sightings and moments that can extend into media and social channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including talent sourcing, screening, negotiation, contracting, content guidance, approvals, reporting, and optimization.
  • Oversee seeding programs so they generate real results, not just product shipments.
  • Conceptualize memorable mailers and brand moments that stand out in crowded feeds and conversations.
  • Make sure every program supports clear KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and affiliate performance.
  • Bring working knowledge of affiliate platforms and ecosystems including ShopMy, LTK, and Impact.
  • Help manage programs that connect brand storytelling with commercial performance.
  • Support commission planning, tracking, and optimization for clients.
  • Identify influencers who can drive both content creation and commerce.
  • Continue building a high-value and responsive network across influencers, VIPs, stylists, managers, agents, and publicists.
  • Be known for being fast, dependable, and effective in execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and help develop junior team members working on influencer and VIP workstreams.
  • Set a high standard for taste, speed, and execution.
  • Contribute to a team culture that is proactive, plugged in, and focused on solutions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has 4 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, VIP relations, talent work, or fashion PR. They should have practical experience supporting campaigns across the full creator spectrum, plus direct exposure to fashion-related ecosystems such as celebrity dressing, stylist relationships, and high-visibility placements including editorial, street style, events, and paparazzi moments. Strong existing relationships within the fashion and talent world, along with the ability to turn product into cultural moments that also drive revenue, are essential.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $95,000 to $110,000, based on experience.
  • Full medical and dental coverage.
  • Bonus and commission-based earning opportunities.
  • Summer Fridays for the full year.
  • 401(k) benefits.
