About the Role
Snoonu, Qatar's homegrown Super App, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of strategic restaurant partners. This role is crucial for driving growth within our food delivery vertical. You will serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their objectives align with Snoonu's platform capabilities. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders across various locations to foster account success. You will be instrumental in launching new initiatives, resolving partner escalations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new establishments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture a portfolio of key accounts in the food delivery sector.
- Act as the primary liaison between partners and Snoonu, aligning partner goals with platform offerings.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to promote account growth and success.
- Spearhead the implementation of new projects and strategies within your assigned accounts.
- Manage and resolve partner escalations to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Facilitate the onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new partners.
- Develop and execute joint marketing and promotional campaigns with partners.
- Analyze account performance using data and reports to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Provide daily support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in eCommerce or the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrate a proven history in commercial, client-facing, or account management positions.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Showcase robust problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Have prior experience in B2B negotiations and building client relationships.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is advantageous.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Required proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
