About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to support public transport software operations in Berlin. In this role, you will take ownership of customer accounts, maintain trusted long-term partnerships, and help further develop these relationships. The position suits someone who communicates openly, enjoys working in a team and with different stakeholders, and likes to contribute ideas and take responsibility.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a defined group of customers and build stable, long-term business relationships with them.
- Advise customers and evaluate their requests, feedback, and reported issues.
- After thorough onboarding, handle inquiries from transport operators, prepare suitable quotations, and follow up on incoming orders.
- Support campaigns and identify the needs of existing customers.
- Create presentations and other supporting materials for the sales team.
- Work with the CRM system and support internal sales operations.
Profile
- You have completed a degree in business, engineering, or natural sciences, or have finished a comparable vocational qualification.
- You are motivated by sales work and frequent communication with both internal and external contacts.
- You work in a structured, reliable manner and keep an eye on the bigger picture.
- You can communicate very well in German and English within an international team.
