Job description
Role overview
This position is responsible for managing sales and service within the assigned territory, with a focus on business customers. The role acts as the main Airtel contact for clients across three lines of business: data services such as internet bandwidth, MPLS and cloud, along with voice (postpaid), broadband and fixed line offerings.
The objective is to strengthen customer market share and revenue market share in both current and new accounts.
Key deliverables
- Achieve targets for installations across data, voice and fixed line services.
- Identify and win new business opportunities for data, voice and fixed line products.
- Expand business in existing and new accounts through cross-selling of multiple products.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline for all three lines of business at different stages of progress.
- Track competitor activity and gather market intelligence.
- Observe competitor offers and plan sales actions for different customer segments.
Account management responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Grow business from current customers through upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time and in line with client requirements.
Profile
Applicants should hold at least a graduate degree and bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales.

This role is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India and is a full-time, on-site position.
