Role Overview
Amazic is seeking a motivated and commercially focused Account Manager to drive growth in Saudi Arabia. This position centers on winning new business, strengthening partner relationships, and closing enterprise sales across a range of modern infrastructure, DevSecOps, database, security, and productivity solutions.
The person in this role will serve as a primary commercial contact for customers, representing technology vendors in Amazic’s ecosystem such as GitLab, MariaDB, Teleport, Superhuman, and other enterprise software brands.
What You Will Do
- Generate new business across enterprise and mid-market accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify opportunities, build engagement, and move deals to closure through direct customer interactions and partner-led channels.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, DevOps leaders, security teams, and IT decision makers.
- Present and position Amazic’s portfolio of solutions, including GitLab for DevSecOps and CI/CD, MariaDB for open-source databases, Teleport for secure access and identity infrastructure, and Superhuman for productivity and communications.
- Carry out in-person customer visits, demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, resellers, and vendor teams to support deal success.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast business, and update CRM records consistently.
- Meet quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Between 3 and 7 years of experience in IT sales, enterprise software sales, or channel sales.
- Preferably a strong network of enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect new accounts and successfully close deals.
- Comfort and confidence in client meetings, presentations, and negotiation discussions.
- Working knowledge of at least one area among DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or databases/data platforms.
- Experience with distributors or channel partner ecosystems.
- Exposure to DevSecOps and cloud-native technologies.
- Prior involvement with GitLab, database, or security vendors is an advantage.
- Background in a startup or fast-growing environment is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
