About the Role

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Account Manager for Export based in Newmarket, Auckland. This permanent position offers the chance to advance your sales career within a leading global food and beverage company, featuring dynamic teams and strong opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer negotiations to optimize Net Sales Value (NSV) and Contribution Margin After (CMA) for the product portfolio, aiming to meet or surpass monthly and yearly KPIs.
  • Develop and implement Annual Operating Plans (AOP) focused on volume, Like Sales Volume (LSV), NSV, and CMA for each customer segment.
  • Manage company resources effectively, including marketing budgets, trade spend, and claims.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, demand planning, logistics, and customer service to ensure execution of plans.
  • Own delivery of sales performance targets and track essential KPIs.
  • Provide detailed category and SKU-level inputs to demand planning, supply market insights and customer forecasts, and produce sales reports on various intervals.
  • Formulate and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key customers and implement tactical marketing programs.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, product assortment compliance, and expand new product distribution complying with local regulations.
  • Oversee order execution coordination and drive new business activities including market research, distributor scouting, contract negotiation, and onboarding partners.

Candidate Profile

  • A resilient, energetic, and confident professional with strong curiosity and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and analytical with effective listening and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is advantageous.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferably in FMCG or FMCG distribution.
