This position is based in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, with the office located in Varsity Lakes. Key responsibilities

  • Find and research prospective customers using channels such as online sources, social platforms, industry gatherings, and prospecting tools to create a strong lead pipeline.
  • Own the full sales process from initial outreach through qualification, using calls, emails, and other communication methods to understand customer needs and business operations.
  • Build long-term client relationships based on trust and strong communication.
  • Represent the company at networking functions, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional connections.
  • Work closely with the marketing and R&D teams to support growth and revenue targets.

Candidate profile

  • Must have permanent working rights in Australia.
  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or prospecting.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Have solid business understanding and practical selling skills.
  • Show a genuine interest in technology and software.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and a determined, competitive mindset.
