Overview

Golden Mile Enterprises, Inc. seeks a proactive Account Manager/Dispatch Coordinator to oversee daily dispatch activities and coordinate closely with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track loads and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with drivers and brokers to ensure smooth transport operations
  • Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently
  • Handle customer accounts with attention to detail
  • Monitor pickups, deliveries, and trailer pool statuses
  • Oversee day-to-day dispatch operations to ensure seamless workflow

Required Skills and Tools

  • Familiarity with PCS, Samsara, and EDI systems
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
  • Experience in logistics, dispatch operations, or account management/customer service roles preferred
