About the Role and Team

Join Swiggy Dineout, India's largest dining out platform partnering with over 21,000 restaurants across 34 cities, serving more than 100 million diners. Our platform enables users to explore a wide range of dining experiences—from quick service restaurants to fine dining—with attractive offers and seamless payments. As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in onboarding and managing 70-80 partner restaurants in your designated territory in Hyderabad to drive business growth and generate monthly Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of 40-60 lakhs.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate the onboarding process by guiding new restaurant partners and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Maintain periodic engagement with existing partners to ensure their restaurant display pages and image quality are updated.
  • Deliver compelling presentations highlighting the benefits of Dineout's plans and promotions to encourage consistent partner investment.
  • Implement growth strategies including offer alignments and marketing operations to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Resolve transaction issues such as payout denials to facilitate smooth customer and partner interactions.
  • Develop tailored growth plans for each account and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Analyze restaurant dashboard data to communicate key performance insights to partners and encourage actions that promote business expansion.
  • Monitor partner investments ensuring they meet or exceed competitor discounts, commissions, and advertisements.
  • Coordinate with partner support, sales operations, and finance teams to address queries related to discounts, display page updates, competition data, and payment reconciliations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Graduate with at least 1 year of field sales experience.
  • Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English.
  • Experience with e-commerce and online marketing channels.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with a confident, approachable personality.
  • Analytical mindset with good Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Flexibility to accommodate the irregular business hours of restaurant partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing capabilities to build strong relations internally and externally.
  • Proactive approach with creativity and initiative in driving change and business growth.
  • Knowledge of business metrics such as operating hours, Ads revenue per order, commission revenue per order, and familiarity with data dashboard tools like CMS, Power BI, Compass, and Salesmate.
