Role overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding staffing requirements, coordinating recruitment delivery, and ensuring the smooth handling of client accounts. The role also involves guiding recruiters, tracking hiring progress, and supporting end-to-end IT recruitment operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and gain a clear understanding of their hiring requirements.
  • Create and execute account strategies for current client relationships.
  • Supervise and coach the recruitment team to maintain productivity and delivery quality.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the company.
  • Capture hiring needs from existing accounts and convert them into actionable recruitment demands.
  • Ensure candidate profiles are sent to clients accurately and within expected timelines.
  • Monitor follow-ups on submissions and keep track of candidate status.
  • Manage the full IT hiring process, including sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Set team targets, review performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain submission records and analyze them to improve account handling and delivery outcomes.
