Account Manager – Jamaica

Integratec/IBS Technology LTD is looking for a skilled Account Manager to spearhead enterprise technology sales throughout Jamaica. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with key players in the banking, financial services, and critical infrastructure industries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand existing enterprise client accounts.
• Interact with C-level executives, including CTOs, CISOs, and CFOs.
• Showcase solutions in cybersecurity, cloud computing, IT Service Management (ITSM), observability, and identity management.
• Identify avenues for account growth and successfully close intricate sales agreements.
• Ensure client account satisfaction and lead regular quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B technology sales.
• Demonstrated experience selling to sectors such as banking, financial services, utilities, or other large enterprises.
• Solid comprehension of cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, or identity solutions.
• A verifiable history of successfully closing complex sales deals.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.

Location

The position is based in Jamaica, with a preference for candidates located in Kingston.
