Role Overview
Next Match AI LLC is looking for a driven and polished Account Executive to accelerate B2B customer acquisition and corporate partnership growth across Saudi Arabia. The position is fully remote, but candidates must be based in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the company’s business development and product team in Abu Dhabi while managing the mid-market sales cycle from first contact through contract closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire B2B sales journey, from understanding client requirements to delivering tailored product walkthroughs and converting prospects into active corporate partners.
- Engage confidently with HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and senior business decision-makers to explain how the company’s AI solutions and HR API infrastructure address operational challenges.
- Consistently work toward and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets while keeping the sales pipeline accurately updated in the CRM.
- Prepare multi-tier SaaS proposals, lead pricing discussions, and support corporate customers through a smooth signing and onboarding process.
- Monitor market movements, customer feedback, and competitive activity in Riyadh and Jeddah to help shape regional growth efforts.
Candidate Profile
This role suits a commercially focused sales professional with strong closing ability, a consultative approach, and the confidence to speak with enterprise stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a remote setup, collaborating across teams, and managing multiple deals at once.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, such as Account Executive, Business Development Executive, or Sales Representative, preferably in SaaS, technology startups, digital agencies, or corporate services.
- Practical experience using CRM and sales pipeline tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to track deal progress clearly.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to present value-based solutions, handle objections effectively, and measure performance through data.
- Excellent professional communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to deliver persuasive sales conversations in either language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or an equivalent background in enterprise sales.

- Monthly base pay of SAR 14,000 to SAR 18,500, tax-free, depending on experience and enterprise sales performance.
