About the role
ArcSite is hiring a high-impact Account Executive to support the company’s next growth stage. This position is suited to motivated sales professionals with B2B or SaaS full-cycle sales experience who want to contribute in a fast-moving software environment.
The role requires availability during Eastern Time working hours.
Key responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of ArcSite’s products, use cases, and the value they deliver to different types of buyers.
- Create pipeline through outbound prospecting across phone, email, social selling, and similar channels.
- Run tailored product demonstrations that connect the platform’s strengths to each prospect’s workflow and challenges.
- Identify each prospect’s goals, priorities, obstacles, budget, timeline, and decision-making structure.
- Manage an active sales motion while emphasizing meaningful discovery conversations and consultative guidance.
- Keep refining the sales approach and adopt better methods as you go.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful B2B or SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of quota attainment.
- Comfort speaking with C-level decision-makers and earning trust as a strategic partner.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-changing, high-energy setting.
- Strong ownership mindset and a dependable work ethic.
- Genuine customer empathy and interest in solving practical business problems.
- Solid communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Growth-minded attitude and eagerness to learn in a startup environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay resilient through change.
