Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to take full responsibility for an extensive business portfolio and expand it significantly. This position requires proactive leadership in revenue generation and developing a team, with opportunities to advance to a Senior Business Manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong connections with marketing leaders across varied asset classes and sectors.
  • Drive sponsorship sales for commercial real estate events by researching and securing sponsor participation.
  • Collaborate with event production to design sponsor-focused programs aligned with client interests.
  • Continuously develop innovative topic ideas reflecting industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs consistently, documenting daily activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to speed up sales cycles and broaden account outreach.
  • Maintain active collaboration within cross-functional teams to ensure event success in sponsorship and financial goals.
  • Actively participate in all company events, trainings, and activities as directed by leadership.
  • Host and speak at all relevant market events.
  • Keep abreast of market developments to maximize value delivery to partners.
  • Gain thorough knowledge of the Bisnow platform to advise partners effectively on product offerings.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Identify and approach potential strategic advertisers and sponsors for both online and offline platforms.
  • Manage strategic sales processes focusing on client objectives and company success metrics.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 3 to 6 years of outside B2B sales expertise.
  • Demonstrate high energy, intelligence, and enthusiasm.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit combined with discipline, creativity, organization, ambition, and humility.
  • Proven ability to excel in team settings.
  • Strong desire to advance in client-facing sales or related roles.
  • Keen interest in commercial real estate industry.
  • Open to feedback and constructive criticism.

Additional Information

This role is based in our London office (3 Waterhouse Sq London EC1N 2SW, UK) and requires presence in the office four days per week.
