About BAMKO

BAMKO helps leading global brands create award-winning promotional products, branded merchandise, and packaging. With its global headquarters in Los Angeles and offices across four continents, the company operates in five regions and brings deep manufacturing expertise backed by a large western-owned sourcing operation. BAMKO uses consumer insight and data-led thinking to build products that support brands, engage consumers, and solve practical business problems.

Role Overview

BAMKO is looking for an Account Coordinator with a strong service mindset and a positive approach to client partnerships. This position plays an important role within the account management function by helping strengthen client relationships and supporting efforts that drive sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to nurture client relationships and help achieve business targets.
  • Support expansion within existing accounts by spotting new opportunities and identifying additional decision-makers and contacts.
  • Act as a central contact for clients by keeping communication flowing, joining weekly or bi-weekly status calls, and maintaining project plans and progress updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams by sending quotes and bids to operations, working with vendors to source and purchase products, and reviewing pricing and presentation decks for client approval.
  • Stay in touch with warehouses to monitor order progress, inventory levels, and any open issues.
  • Keep reports updated to track order status, shortages, billing, and related details.
  • Handle order processing as required.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience is preferred; exposure to the promotional products industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to contribute in a team setting while also managing individual tasks independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service orientation.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a lively, fast-moving environment.
  • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Solid work ethic with a willingness to keep learning and improving.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets and openness to learning new software tools.
  • Ability to work with sales and operations teams in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Process-oriented and focused on results, with the ability to meet deadlines, manage pressure, and prioritize well.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay will depend on the candidate’s relevant experience and skill set. BAMKO also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, several paid time off programs, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.

Equal Opportunity and Accommodation

BAMKO states that it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, childbirth, related medical conditions, national origin, age, disability, ancestry, sexual orientation, legally protected medical condition, family care or medical leave status, veteran status, marital status, or any other protected status under applicable laws. The company also provides reasonable accommodation for pregnant employees who request it with advice from their healthcare provider for pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions.

Hiring, promotion, recruitment, and employment decisions are made based on qualifications tied to the position’s requirements. Employment actions such as compensation, benefits, transfers, layoffs, training, promotions, terminations, and discipline are intended to be handled in a non-discriminatory manner.

AI-Assisted Hiring Notice

BAMKO notes that it may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or checking responses for inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools assist recruiters but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people.
