Job Summary
The Account Analyst is responsible for conducting internal debt collection efforts targeting clients with delinquent accounts through outgoing telephone calls using predictive dialer technology. The role involves proposing and negotiating solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company while strictly adhering to institutional policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Education & Experience Requirements
- At least two years of academic studies, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of three years' experience in collections, telemarketing, or telephone-based customer service.
