Role Overview
Join the dedicated Cleaning Services team at Haven as an Accommodation Cleaning Porter, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and freshness of our guest accommodations. This full-time, part-time, or seasonal position offers a hands-on opportunity to support our operations by managing linen preparation, inventory control, and assisting with light cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh linens, including pillows and duvets, for delivery and facilitate the collection of used linens for cleaning processes.
- Conduct washing duties for curtains, duvets, and pillows to ensure all items are guest-ready.
- Organize and manage hire goods, maintain stock control, and track inventory to ensure supplies are well-arranged and accounted for.
- Provide assistance with light cleaning within common areas and guest accommodations as needed.
- Strictly follow all health and safety guidelines at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Porter or a comparable role is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle various supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Enjoy working collaboratively with a team and demonstrate a willingness to assist in diverse tasks.
- Availability to work during bank holidays and school holiday periods as required.

Additional Information
Compensation can reach up to £12.71 per hour, adjusted based on age.
