Job description
Role overview
This is a remote contract opportunity for an education and school evaluator. The work focuses on reviewing AI-generated deliverables, including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, and judging them against detailed, domain-specific quality standards.
What you will do
- Assess LLM-produced work items across documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using specialized rubrics.
- Use strong education-domain knowledge to judge accuracy, depth, and professional-quality presentation.
- Spot factual mistakes, design issues, and structural problems, then provide precise written feedback.
- Work independently on a flexible schedule and complete assignments on your own timeline.
- Engage as an independent contractor rather than as an employee.
- Be aware that the engagement may be extended or modified depending on performance and project demand.
Compensation and payout
The role pays $80 to $120 per hour, with weekly payouts through Stripe or Wise.
Requirements
- You should have proven professional experience in education or a school-related specialization, supported by practical domain work.
- Strong written English skills and fluent communication are essential, whether native or professional level.
- You need advanced ability with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- You must be comfortable checking work against structured rubrics and explaining quality concerns clearly and succinctly.
- Experience identifying factual errors, presentation flaws, and subject-specific gaps in written or visual materials is required.
- A master’s degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
- Applicants must be eligible to work independently as contractors; H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported for this opportunity.
Application process
- Complete the application form with the requested details.
- Applications will be screened against the role requirements.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive an email with the next steps.
- Follow the emailed instructions to finish the remaining application stages.
