Role Overview

We are seeking a 5S Specialist for our Manufacturing team to support the company’s objectives at the Devanahalli facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the deployment and execution of 5S programs across production floor, warehouses, labs, and maintenance sections to enhance organizational efficiency and discipline.
• Perform routine 5S audits, detect shortcomings, and implement corrective and preventive strategies to maintain continuous 5S compliance and workplace standards.
• Create and sustain visual management tools such as shadow boards, labeling, floor markings, and standardized workplace controls.
• Work collaboratively with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams to embed 5S, Lean, Kaizen, and safety processes in day-to-day operations and standard operating procedures.
• Identify and manage all 5S activities and workplace conditions that influence product quality through effective housekeeping and disciplined processes.
• Conduct training and coaching sessions on 5S concepts, Lean techniques, and continuous improvement frameworks while tracking performance metrics and preparing reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations related to workplace organization and process discipline.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 to 15 years of relevant work experience in implementing 5S and Lean methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E or B.Tech required); candidates with Diploma or B.Sc degrees are not eligible.
