Role overview
Sterlite Power is hiring a Working Capital Manager in Gurugram to oversee short-term liquidity, improve the use of funds, and support efficient financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Look after the organisation’s working capital to make sure funds are used efficiently and financing costs stay under control.
- Study cash movement trends to spot patterns, improvement opportunities, and possible risk areas.
- Build and roll out approaches that strengthen treasury processes, including placing surplus funds in suitable investments.
- Work closely with teams across the business so financial decisions and communication stay aligned.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in corporate finance or a closely related area.
- Sound knowledge of cash flow management, treasury operations, and working capital principles.
- Good command of financial analysis, financial management, and planning tools such as Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline is needed; an MBA is preferred.
