Role overview
Atos is seeking a Workday Technical Consultant with deep, hands-on experience in Workday integrations and related technical tools. The position is open for candidates based in Bangalore, Chennai, or Mumbai.
Key responsibilities
- Build and support Workday technical solutions with strong practical experience in the platform.
- Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
- Connect Workday with outside systems such as payroll, benefits, and identity/access management platforms.
- Work with XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP/REST web services, WSDL, middleware, and integration design patterns.
- Handle relational database interactions and data transformation tasks as part of integration work.
- Apply functional understanding of Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
Experience needed
- A minimum of 5 years of Workday technical experience is required.
- Strong hands-on capability in Workday Studio is mandatory.
- Practical exposure to EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs is expected.
- Solid knowledge of Workday functional areas and integration concepts should be demonstrated.
