Workday Payroll Consultant (US & Canada)

Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Workday Payroll Consultant with comprehensive experience in Workday Payroll systems for US and Canadian markets. This role involves working on international payroll assignments, supporting the Workday HCM platform, and engaging in payroll configuration, operational enhancements, and ongoing support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Workday Payroll configurations for US and Canada.
• Provide AMS and production support related to payroll functions.
• Utilize Business Process Framework (BPF), Calculated Fields, and Workday Reporting tools effectively.
• Engage in payroll integration activities and resolve related issues.
• Manage year-end payroll procedures including W-2, T4, and ROE processes.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of six years in payroll consulting with hands-on Workday Payroll experience focused on US and Canadian payroll systems.
• Strong proficiency in payroll configuration and active payroll support operations.
• Good familiarity with Workday integration tools such as EIB and Studio is preferred.
• Experience handling payroll data reporting and calculated field configurations.
• Preparedness for immediate joining or short notice availability is favored.
