Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role involves interpreting design documents to plan and execute the welding of various components using manual and industrial machinery, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, schematics, and measurements to organize welding tasks effectively.
• Perform welding on components ranging from small copper pipes to large beams and pipelines.
• Operate specialized welding machines and supervise their operation.
• Maintain and fix welding equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures for defects or inconsistencies.
• Comply with stringent safety measures including the use of personal protective equipment like heat-resistant gloves, masks, and safety footwear.
• Continuously monitor machinery to verify proper use and temperature control during welding.
• Execute welding in varying positions including flat, vertical, and overhead as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent credential.
• Holding a valid welding certification from a recognized agency is preferred.
• Minimum two years of practical experience in welding tasks.
• Proficient knowledge of welding machinery, electrical devices, and hand tools.
• Able to comprehend and interpret technical blueprints and design diagrams accurately.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
