About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented Wealth Manager to foster enduring relationships with premium members. This position involves handling a designated portfolio of members, promoting membership renewals, upselling vacation ownership packages, and ensuring outstanding experiences for members.
Job Summary
Position: Wealth Manager (Field Sales) / Relationship Manager
Salary Range: ₹35,000 to ₹48,000 fixed monthly salary, depending on experience, along with attractive unlimited incentives, monthly performance bonuses, and travel allowances as per company policy. Expected monthly earnings can exceed ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 including incentives.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess between six months to five years of sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers through scheduled appointments and company-provided leads
- Clearly communicate and promote Club Mahindra Holiday Membership plans
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
- Encourage referrals from satisfied customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives
- Manage customer follow-ups and update CRM systems accurately
Preferred Experience Background
- Sales experience in banking, insurance, real estate, automobile, hospitality, telecom, direct sales, field sales, or B2B/B2C environments
