Leshines is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse activity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on keeping inbound and outbound operations on schedule, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting the warehouse team, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Warehouse operations management

• Plan daily warehouse activity according to instructions from the warehouse manager, and keep inbound and outbound flows moving to meet tight delivery timelines.
• Handle shift handovers from one team to the next by running daily briefing meetings that highlight priorities and operational issues.
• Support and train newly recruited warehouse operations staff.
• Serve as the main contact for warehouse staff on leave planning and backup coverage so operations continue without disruption.
• Keep warehouse management system records accurate and updated in real time.
• Spot delays or blockers in the pick-pack-ship flow and escalate them to the warehouse manager.
• Arrange preventive or other required equipment maintenance as per company policy, and retain the related records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports in line with department reporting standards.

Inventory and quality control

• Carry out daily continuous stock counts for each SKU and immediately report any mismatch to maintain full inventory accuracy.
• Lead scheduled inventory audits and cycle counts to sustain 100% stock accuracy.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods for damage or differences against purchase orders and sales orders.
• Improve storage placement based on item movement and size to reduce picker travel time.

Safety and compliance

• Ensure warehouse staff follow company EHS policies and support proper safety training across the team.
• Oversee the correct storage and documentation of hazardous and temperature-sensitive goods.
• Record and investigate near-misses and accidents promptly to help prevent repeat incidents.
• Make sure warehouse compliance procedures are followed and report any violations or disruptions immediately.

Required profile

The position calls for a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or an equivalent field, along with fluent written and spoken English. Strong hands-on warehouse experience is preferred, especially in a high-tech or similarly fast-moving environment, and the candidate should understand warehouse compliance practices such as 5S. Knowledge of Chinese will be considered an advantage. A Dangerous Cargo Declaration/Certificate from IATA or a similar body is preferred. Proficiency with WMS, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint is also important. Familiarity with FIFO and LIFO inventory methods is expected.
