Ipsen operates a cutting-edge manufacturing site in Ireland focused on producing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) crucial to our core products.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative for a fixed-term one-year contract position within our Supply Chain & Warehouse team. This role requires supporting the Warehouse Team Leader by managing warehouse operations while adhering strictly to safety and quality protocols.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage goods receipt, dispatch, stock-taking, and overall inventory handling efficiently.
- Operate forklifts to move materials within the manufacturing plant.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance throughout the warehouse.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in regulated manufacturing environments, preferably within pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
- Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and EHS regulations.
- Computer skills including knowledge of SAP or ERP systems; possession of a forklift license is advantageous.
- Effective team collaboration and strong communication abilities.
