Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee comprehensive warehouse quality control, ensuring standardized processes that enhance efficiency and quality to support rapid business growth. Your responsibilities include developing and refining quality control strategies aligned with business needs, enforcing standards to minimize errors, managing on-site warehouse operations, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring operational safety.

Collaboration and Objectives

You will work closely with various teams to foster interdepartmental communication and collaboration, striving to meet quality control goals and support continuous, stable business advancement.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management, quality management, or related disciplines.
• Open to all experience levels; however, preference is given to those with experience in warehouse management, quality monitoring, and process optimization.
• Proficient in warehousing and logistics workflows, with practical expertise in quality control and data analysis for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong business acumen with insight into logistics industry trends, enabling strategic quality control planning aligned with business demands.
• Fluency in English is required.
