Role Summary

The Waiter/Waitress position plays a key role in enhancing the dining experience for guests. Candidates must exhibit patience, charisma, and determination to excel in this dynamic front-of-house role.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests, provide detailed information about menu options, and juggle multiple front-of-house tasks while adhering to the hotel's food and beverage operational standards.
• Maintain composure and politeness in fast-paced settings to ensure guests have an enjoyable meal experience.
• Collaborate efficiently with kitchen personnel to verify order accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience, specifically within hotel environments.
• Proficient communication skills, including fluency in the workplace’s main language for speaking, reading, and writing; computer literacy is an added bonus.
• Professional appearance aligned with the hotel's grooming standards, maintaining cleanliness and neatness.
