Role Overview

This opening is for an International Voice Process Associate based in the Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane region. The role involves supporting customers over calls in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Responsibilities

Answer international customer calls and provide support over the phone.
Work on customer queries and aim to resolve them efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates.
Follow the company’s process and quality guidelines in all tasks.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or higher.
Freshers may apply.
Strong fluency in English is required for spoken communication.
Comfort with rotational shifts and a 5-day work week with 2 rotational weekly offs.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly in-hand salary: INR 18,000 to INR 30,000.
Travel allowance of INR 3,500.

Working Schedule

5 working days per week.
2 rotational offs.
