Overview

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Store Supervisor, where innovation and fresh ideas are highly valued. This pivotal role acts as the core connection between our products and customers, while fostering the growth and development of our sales Stylists.

Key Responsibilities

Support and, when necessary, act on behalf of the management team in achieving KPIs and exploiting profit opportunities
Set and manage individual, daily, and weekly sales objectives for the store team to enhance overall store performance
Track team metrics and KPIs by running reports and keeping the management team informed
Assist with various store operational tasks including stock control, payroll, administrative duties, and staff scheduling
Deliver an exceptional personalized customer experience ensuring customers always come first
Inspire, motivate, and cultivate team growth via training, coaching, and enhancing product knowledge

Candidate Profile

Genuine passion for the Levi Strauss brand and commitment to living its values
Demonstrable customer service expertise and proven capability in leading and managing teams effectively
Strong history of developing and nurturing team members
Experience meeting and driving KPIs and sales goals within a retail environment, along with sound understanding of store operations
