Role Purpose

As a Visual Commercial, you will play a critical role in implementing commercial strategies while ensuring the store's visual appeal resonates with the customer profile. This position requires staying informed on product offerings, local retail trends, and competitor activities. You will express the brand's identity through merchandising and layout adjustments and collaborate with store leadership to nurture talent development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement all company-driven commercial strategies diligently.
• Monitor new product arrivals, allocate placements, and manage stock rotation in the store and warehouse.
• Optimize the utilization of store space by matching product presentation effectively.
• Assist with product restocking and maintain stockroom capacity.
• Perform thorough product analysis, including identifying shortcomings, tracking competition, and monitoring trends, to inform strategic actions.
• Conduct commercial performance reviews using retail and business reports and coordinate with teams to enhance sales.
• Ensure high standards of merchandising to provide an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Maintain ongoing communication and provide feedback to the Section Manager and other store teams, including managers and product specialists.
• Continuously educate the store team to improve commercial awareness and sales skills.
• Support the department in developing the sales team to meet store goals.
• Uphold compliance with occupational health and safety regulations within the workplace.
• Assist with various operational tasks to create a seamless customer experience.
• Support approval and authorization processes for returns, and aid transaction handling as needed.
• Serve as a leader within the store to foster a collaborative team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an annual salary ranging between $54,600 and $57,285, supplemented by a discretionary bonus.
