Virtual MSK Physiotherapist

Role overview

IPRS Health is hiring a Virtual MSK Physiotherapist to join its remote service delivery team. This is a permanent position supporting corporate clients and Occupational Health providers by assessing and treating patients through virtual and digital platforms.

The organisation is an award-winning provider of Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Mental Health services, with a strong focus on patient recovery and improving outcomes for a wide range of clients across the UK. Although the role is remote, applicants must be based in and working from the United Kingdom.

Full training is provided on the company’s virtual systems, and all required IT equipment is supplied. You do not need prior remote-working experience to be considered.

Working pattern and pay

The salary for this role is £33,000 to £37,000 per year based on a 40-hour full-time week, and the pay band is fixed. Working hours are between 20 and 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday only, with shifts scheduled flexibly between 08:00 and 20:00. Weekend work is not available.

Key duties

In this position, you will carry out virtual assessments for MSK patients, direct them to suitable treatment pathways, and manage your own caseload using digital tools. You will be expected to deliver high-quality, patient-focused physiotherapy remotely while maintaining the clinical standards set by IPRS Health.

Additional information

This is a fully remote role, but the successful candidate must remain based in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.

The company supports ongoing professional growth through clinical mentorship, internal in-service training, access to the Physiopedia CPD platform, and an annual CPD allowance.

Flexible working arrangements are available, with both part-time and full-time options depending on business needs.

Qualifications and experience

You must be an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with a formal physiotherapy qualification, evidence of continuing professional development, and at least 3 years of postgraduate clinical experience. Experience within the UK healthcare system is required.

Skills and working style

The role calls for strong communication, sound clinical judgement, confident use of computer systems, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a busy environment. A good understanding of clinical governance and medico-legal record keeping is important, as is the ability to work with databases, Microsoft tools, and reporting templates.
