Role Overview
Join an energetic and worldwide remote sales team of 25 members as a Virtual Account Executive under the guidance of an experienced sales leader. This position focuses on managing relationships with a vast portfolio of residential Real Estate Agency clients primarily through virtual meetings and telephone communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Address client inquiries and challenges promptly, proactively resolving their needs.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch of sales proposals.
- Achieve monthly revenue goals and accurately record all sales activities.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships by managing accounts virtually and offering tailored solution selling for residential real estate clients.
- Drive business growth by explaining pricing structures and customer benefits across all offerings within the Domain Group, actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Candidate Profile
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities that promote mutually beneficial and enduring partnerships.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with an ability to quickly establish rapport in a remote setting.
- Passionate about sales, highly motivated to meet and exceed targets.
