Role Overview
The Villa Host is responsible for delivering exceptional and personalized service to guests, surpassing their expectations. The role involves close attention to detail, anticipating guest needs, and providing efficient and responsive service. The Villa Host takes leadership of the assigned villas, overseeing their cleanliness, maintenance, and all guest-related activities to uphold the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure personalized guest service to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Manage and take ownership of all villas assigned, including supervising staff and coordinating maintenance and cleanliness.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond to requests.
- Maintain professional standards to ensure a premium guest experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Butler or Villa Host.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a proactive and resourceful approach.
- Ability to work independently and make strong decisions.
