About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our Mumbai-based team on-site. This position involves transforming raw footage into captivating, high-quality content that tells a story, holds attention, and communicates messages effectively. The role requires someone fast, dependable, creatively curious, and passionate about working across social media, brand campaigns, corporate films, digital advertisements, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit a wide variety of video content including social media clips, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brand communications, reels, testimonials, case studies, and promotional films.
• Enhance outputs with motion graphics, smooth transitions, sound design, music, color grading, and visual effects to ensure each video is polished and engaging.
• Produce motion graphics and animated assets that complement visual storytelling using typography, icons, and eye-catching animated elements.
• Manage shoots end-to-end, including planning, coordinating equipment, executing client shoots, interviews, events, and organizing footage for efficient post-production.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for editing, motion graphics, voiceovers, image generation, video enhancement, and creative ideation to boost productivity and innovation.
• Contribute actively in brainstorming sessions, research current industry trends and formats, and collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and managers to develop impactful content.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of proven experience in video editing, content creation, or post production paired with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of video editing principles, motion graphics, color correction, sound design, visual storytelling, content creation, and familiarity with social media video formats.
• Bonus capabilities include experience with DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Figma, photography, videography, camera handling, AI-powered creative software, and scripting for content planning.
