Validation Lead

Role overview

The Validation Lead is responsible for checking both modular and service-related scopes of work. Modular execution is carried out by vendor partners across the country, while service work is delivered through a network of Livspace-certified contractor partners along with an internal contracting team.

The purpose of this role is to make sure vendor partners receive accurate inputs and that customer information is captured correctly. The position focuses on thorough validation across drawings, BOQs, and site conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOQs, and site conditions to ensure all details are aligned.
• Interpret drawings across multiple disciplines, including modular and non-modular KWS, furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing, and related scopes.
• Check BOQ quantities line by line and confirm they match the design and site requirements.
• Spot design mismatches and anticipate possible execution issues before work begins.
• Identify any items that are missing from the BOQ and flag them for correction.
• Close BOQ validation only after design clarifications are resolved and a complete site review has been completed.
• Submit accurate validation reports within the required SLA.
