Role Summary

As a Valet, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, responsible for safely operating and parking vehicles while ensuring a welcoming experience. Your duties include greeting customers, assisting with luggage, directing traffic within the parking area, and addressing guest inquiries about local amenities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide professional valet services.
  • Assist guests by opening doors and handling luggage or heavy items.
  • Manage traffic flow in parking zones and help guests safely enter and exit.
  • Respond to questions regarding nearby attractions and hotel facilities.
  • Collect, label, and safeguard keys to guarantee their accurate return.
  • Park cars in designated spaces following traffic regulations.
  • Operate all vehicles responsibly and safely, regardless of type.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Capability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
  • Clear and legible handwriting.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be 19 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
