Utility Worker

Position Summary

The Utility Worker joins the Operations Management unit, responsible for ensuring vehicles are fully fueled, fluids topped, and interiors inspected for readiness throughout the day with light maintenance tasks.

Primary Duties

• Support Maintenance Department and technicians with tasks such as washing vehicles, cleaning facilities, fueling, repairing seats, checking fluids, and general upkeep according to schedules.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment while promptly reporting unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Document time and materials utilized per job assignment.
• Assist technical staff with automotive repairs and maintenance when assigned.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Physical Capacity

• Capability to handle multiple tasks with rigorous attention to detail.
• Self-driven with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Physical ability to lift over 25 pounds, climb stairs, and stand for long periods.
• Other physical and skill requirements may apply.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years driving experience.
• Passenger endorsement is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
