About the Role

As a Manager in an Apple Store, you will lead, mentor, and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve key business objectives by actively engaging with customers and team members across the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and empower your team members, supporting their growth and helping them meet performance and developmental goals.
- Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse and high-performing team.
- Engage actively in floor leadership by interacting with customers and staff to exemplify best practices and ensure business priorities and excellence in customer service are met.
- Handle customer and team member issues or escalations, collaborating with leadership and relevant business or People partners as needed.
- Implement operational strategies to drive business priorities and reach store performance targets within your designated store areas.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safeguard company assets, including sensitive business, customer, team member, and financial information.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
- Promote an inclusive environment by valuing diversity and fostering curiosity to learn from differences.
- Exemplify Apple’s values concerning inclusion and diversity through everyday actions and leadership behaviors.
- Create and sustain a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all team members.
Qualifications
- Availability to work a schedule that aligns with business needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, adhering to local employment laws and accommodating approved requests.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with support for sign language.
- Prior leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits
The base hourly wage ranges from $38.54 to $64.22, depending on your qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Apple offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes discretionary stock awards, discounted stock purchase plans, medical and dental benefits, retirement plans, product discounts, free services, and tuition reimbursement for career-related education. Additional perks may include discretionary bonuses, commissions, and relocation assistance.
