GSK Solutions Inc., a leader with over 16 years of expertise in the US IT staffing industry, is seeking a skilled US IT Technical Recruiter for its Hyderabad office located in PSR Prime Towers, Gachibowli. This full-time position involves face-to-face interview rounds and offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team focused on US staffing and contract hiring.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Handle complete recruitment lifecycle specifically for US IT technical positions, demonstrating 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in contract staffing, full-cycle recruitment processes, and proficiency with Ceipal ATS is mandatory.
• Strong command over communication, interpersonal interactions, and negotiation to effectively manage recruitment assignments.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models.
• Comprehensive knowledge of US work authorizations and visa categories including H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card holders, and US Citizens is essential.
• Efficiently manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions in tight deadlines.
• Capable of sourcing and screening technical candidates adeptly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior recruitment exposure for State Government or Public Sector clientele.
• Familiarity with VMS platforms like Covendis, DotStaff, and Vector VMS.
• Ability to thrive within target-driven and achievement-focused settings.
