Role Overview

The UI Developer will be integral to the team by developing visually appealing and user-centric web applications. The role involves employing HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Svelte to transform designs from internal and client sources into high-quality, enterprise-level web interfaces. This collaborative role may also include client engagement to align strategic branding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and sustain core software products emphasizing usability, design elegance, and responsiveness.
• Work closely with Product Management, Project Managers, and design teams to supply top-tier solutions for customers.
• Build sophisticated branded prototypes showcasing new features and customer experiences.
• Interact directly with existing and potential clients to strategize branding implementations.
• Maintain code quality ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compatibility across different browsers.
• Integrate web accessibility (WCAG) standards and best practices into applications.
• Participate actively in code reviews promoting high-standard, maintainable codebases.

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum of three years in professional web development roles.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, including CSS preprocessors like SASS.
• Strong abilities in front-end development using vanilla JavaScript and frameworks such as React and Svelte.
• Capable of producing scalable, maintainable, responsive, and cross-browser compatible code.
• Experience in design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and Git version control.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.

• Adaptable to dynamic, fast-changing work environments.
• Effective team collaborator.
• Experience with client communications and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of Web Components, email templating, and web page theming.
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks.
